This Statement of Privacy applies to Socialaize, LLC, ("Socialaize"), a California company created for the purposes of developing and managing a platform geared toward connecting consumers with entertainment and hospitality that uses automatic intelligence to help clients connect with users on a customized basis, and all clients and users of Socialaize. This Privacy Policy governs data collection and usage. The majority of Socialaize's business services take place on Socialaize's solely owned website, which is located at recotech.ai website. By using the Socialaize website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Socialaize's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. In the event that a client chooses to utilize Socialaize and Socialaize's software services, Socialaize may require certain limited information as defined between Socialaize and such client within any related service agreement. Any account information provided to Socialaize for purposes of utilizing Socialaize's services shall be administered by a third party. All content, including content published by client and/or client-associated publishers (e.g., social media posts or associated -associated social media followers) shall remain the property and responsibility of the client and not of Socialaize.

Opt-Out of Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

In connection with any personal information, we may disclose to a third party for a business purpose, you have the right to know:

Socialaize may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Socialaize, in order to determine what Socialaize services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Socialaize to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Socialaize. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Socialaize website.

Data Subject Rights

Users who sign up with Socialaize input email address and phone number as their unique identifier. These credentials are stored via an encrypted database. All users can request the purpose(s) of how their data is being processed and stored via email at [email protected] with subject line "Data Portability". Our technical support team will have a response time of 14 business days or less when a request is made. All users can request the deletion of their data from the Socialaize database. The deletion of data upon a user's request will take up to 30 business days. Users shall consent to data processing and at any point can non-consent. All data being processed is solely meant to establish user credentials. User specific data requested at any-point can be reused by such a user and will be sent over in a readable format.
